The Park
Imagine a perfect holiday home you can take advantage of any time you like. Millness Hill Park is the perfect retreat for those whose family responsibilities have largely become a thing of the past. All Holiday Homes offer all the home comforts, amid the beauty of the countryside each in spacious surroundings and their own private parking. The grounds are kept in immaculate condition by our resident Park Warden and wife, so whether you are here for a long or short stay your Lodge or static Caravan will always look welcoming leaving you time to enjoy you break.
We are open from 1st March - 15th January for those wishing to get away for Christmas and the New Year period. As we are a small family owned and run Park we may be able to offer that little bit extra so please feel free to come and view the Park at any time. We will be pleased to answer any of your questions, or give any advise or you may even wish to talk to our existing residents.
The Perfect Location
In scenic surroundings alongside the Lancaster Canal, Millness Hill Park is ideally located to make the most of both the Lake District nd the Yorkshire Dales.
Set between the historic town of Kendal and the picturesque to of Kirkby Lonsdale, both, with their cobbled streets and weekly markets.
Within fifteen minutes drive there are Leisure Centres with their many sporting activities, golf courses, pony riding, plenty of water sports, we have fishing lakes within a few minutes rive, plus fishing on site and of course Cumbria hosts the best walks in England.
The well-known Crooklands Inn, approximately 10 minutes walk along the canal, is an excellent eating as well as drinking place.
Within a half hour drive you can be in either Windermere the heart of the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales, Lancaster, Grizedale Forest, Ingleton Falls, and for the seaside lovers Arnside and Morecambe Bay and a wealth of other places and attractions too numerous to mention.
How to find us
Ideally situated for road access. You'll find millness Hill situated just half a mile from junction 36 of the M6. take the A65 towards Kirkby Lonsdale and turn left at the next roundabout towards Endmoor. We’re just a further 100 metres on the left.
