We're a family business, located just outside of Kendal in Crooklands, South Cumbria. We own and maintain holiday parks around South Cumbria and North Yorkshire, with 6 Leisure Parks in total. We acquired our first holiday park, Millness Hill, in 2000 and since then have continued our passion for developing luxurious holiday retreats in the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.

We pride ourselves on quality and a friendly service, which is why all our holiday parks are not only in amazing countryside locations with breathtaking views, but also in immaculate condition, maintained to our extremely high standards. We offer for sale both pre-owned holiday homes, as well as bespoke lodges and caravans to suit your requirements. Whether you are interested in fishing, walking, cycling, sightseeing at nearby towns, or simply relaxing, we are sure one of our countryside holiday parks will be perfect for you.

We're very excited about our newest acquisition, Sampool Park. Sampool is located near Levens in South Lakeland, with stunning 360° views of the surrounding fells and river. Sampool has a peaceful location, whilst only being 5 minutes away from nearby towns.
